Legal and Contractual Relationship with the Insurer (For NMI)

This Policy is subject to a cell captive relationship between Guardrisk and Ithala Development Finance Corporate Limited, as a result of a shareholder and subscription agreement concluded between Guardrisk and Ithala Development Finance Corporate Limited, whereby the Ithala Development Finance Corporate Limited is entitled to share in the profits and losses generated by the insurance business. Ithala Development Finance Corporate Limited earns a binder of 9%, an intermediary fee of up to18%.

 

This policy is underwritten by Guardrisk Life Limited (registration number 1999/013922/06), a licensed life insurer in terms of the Insurance Act and an authorized financial services provider (FSP No 76).
