We want to assure you that despite these changes, our commitment to serving you remains unwavering. Legal and Contractual Relationship with the Insurer (For NMI)

This Policy is subject to a cell captive relationship between Old Mutual Alternative Risk Transfer Limited (OMART Insure) and Ithala Development Finance Corporation Limited, as a result of a shareholder and subscription agreement concluded between OMART Insure and Ithala Development Finance Corporation Limited, whereby the Ithala Development Finance Corporate Limited is entitled to a share in the profits and losses generated by the insurance business. Ithala SOC Limited, the binder holder, earns a binder fee of 9%, an intermediary fee of up to 20%.
